A VERY EMOTIONAL SEASON START

The season start in Soelden got off with a real kick! First our longstanding and unbelievably successful Stöckli athlete, Tina Maze, announced the end of her skiing career. At the same time a celebration was called for thanks to the Junior World Champion, Marco Odermatt.

A VERY EMOTIONAL SEASON START

Set against the backdrop of this new season in Sölden, a press conference was organized by Stöckli's athlete, Tina Maze.  Following her one-year sabbatical, the suspense was obviously very high as to what she was planning with her future career. During a very emotional speech, the Slovene declared that she was officially ending her career, but that she would participate in a home race in Maribor one more time this season.  Stöckli takes this opportunity to thank Tina Maze for her longstanding and fantastic cooperation! Not only are we very proud of Tina who won innumerable victories and medals in all disciplines on behalf of our company, but we are also very happy and pleased to say that she will continue to work with us in the future on other projects.

Stöckli experienced another surprise on Sunday – and an extremely positive one at that. The current Junior World Champion, Marco Odermatt, delivered two strong giant slalom runs with starting number 53 and wound up landing an amazing 17th rank. Warm congratulations, Marco!
